DMCA Policy

SWYPE FZE (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services, including the ForestVPN website (https://forestvpn.com) and mobile/desktop applications (“Service”), to do the same.

This DMCA Policy outlines how we address claims of copyright infringement and how copyright owners can submit proper notifications to us.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice with the following information:

We may share the notice with the individual who uploaded the allegedly infringing content.

3. Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice, you may send us a counter notification that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your judicial district (or the courts of Dubai, UAE if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service or terminate user accounts at our sole discretion.

5. Disclaimer

Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter notice may result in legal consequences, including damages and attorney’s fees under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please consult a legal advisor if you are unsure about your rights.
